Writers at Work Conference 2007

Writers @ Work is a recipient of the 1999 Governor’s Award in the Arts. We hold our annual Conference at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. 2007 will be our 22nd year as a writing conference.

Since 1985, emerging and established writers have discovered guidance and encouragement from dedicated Writers at Work faculty. Our faculty includes nationally renowned authors, agents and editors whose talent and generosity of spirit makes Writers at Work an outstanding and unique conference. Please join us for the 2007 Conference, June 18-22 at Westminster College.

The Adult Conference includes morning workshops (3-hours/day) in Novel, Advanced Fiction, Generative Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry or Young Adult Fiction. Afternoon sessions will include craft lectures, discussions and directed interviews with authors, agents and editors. This year, more agents and editors will attend the conference, and in addition to the traditional,
one-on-one manuscript consultations, there will be greater opportunities to mingle informally.
